THE BUILDING

The building will comprise ground and four upper floors with undercroft parking below. It will have pedestrian access to a main reception from Langley Walk, a tree lined walkway which runs between the existing Midland Heart office building and the new Langley Point ‘sister’ building. A second reception lobby will be created at lower ground floor giving direct access from the secure car park.

The grade A internal specification will include the following:

  • Chilled beam air conditioning system;
